Sameer Wankhede reacts to HC rejecting his defamation suit

The Delhi High Court refused to hear IRS officer Sameer Wankhedes defamation plea against Shah Rukh Khans Red Chillies series The Ba**ds of Bollywood*, citing lack of jurisdiction. Wankhede, alleging reputational harm and insulting scenes, said the case isnt dismissed and he will move an appropriate court to continue his fight.
