Actor Arshad Warsi and wife Maria Goretti have restored a 150-year-old Portuguese-style bungalow in Saligao, North Goa, transforming it into Casa Zen which is a five-bedroom heritage property with vibrant interiors, a swimming pool, solar panels and lush gardens. The home is now available for tourists to rent at Rs 75,000 per night, plus taxes.
