Vijay goes off-script, turns oath-taking into powerful oath speech, Tamil Nadu Guv corrects him

Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar guided TVK chief C Joseph Vijay during his oath-taking ceremony. Vijay initially deviated from the script with a strong speech and gestures. The Governor prompted him to read the official oath. Following the ceremony, Vijay announced three welfare schemes for electricity, women's safety, and drug eradication.
