Unnao rape: Kuldeep Sengar moves SC seeking bail in death case of survivor's father

Expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar's plea for bail in the Unnao rape survivor's father's custodial death case is slated for Supreme Court hearing. The Delhi High Court previously denied suspending his 10-year jail term, citing trial delays attributed to his numerous applications. Sengar was sentenced for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in the father's case.
