US midterm elections: Oklahoma man sends hundreds of letters containing powder to public officials

An Oklahoma man named Robin Martin has been arrested for mailing hundreds of letters with a white substance. The FBI confirmed that the substances were nonhazardous, being yeast or flour, and not dangerous. The letters were sent to election officials, Congress members, and news media ahead of the upcoming elections. An investigation revealed that more than 700 mailings had been traced back to the same sender.
