Techie says firm fired 90% of staff, plans to hire back as developers are 'dime a dozen' in Bangalore

A Bengaluru software architect reported his company laid off 90% of its tech staff, attributing the cuts to AI adoption and reduced customer demand for new features. Management believes they can rehire developers if the AI strategy fails, citing an oversupply of talent in the city. The remaining three architects are now handling the bulk of the work.
