Sydney Horror: One dead, two children among five injured as car crashes into tree; probe on

A horror crash in Sydney's west has resulted in one fatality and five injuries, including two children. An SUV veered off Stuart Road in Dharruk, colliding with a tree. The deceased, a passenger, died at the scene. The injured were transported to Westmead Hospital and The Children's Hospital at Westmead.
