Salad dressing recall: Thousands of cases of popular brands recalled nationwide

Thousands of salad dressing cases from Costco and Publix are recalled nationwide due to black plastic found in granulated onions. Ventura Foods initiated the Class II recall affecting Italian, Caesar, and ranch varieties. While some Costco prepared foods were impacted, consumer-sold Hidden Valley products remain unaffected. The recall spans 27 states and Costa Rica.
