The Karnataka High Court has sought responses from state and election bodies. A petition questions the State Election Commission's parallel voter revision process. This revision is for select Bengaluru civic wards while elections are due. The Election Commission of India is already conducting a nationwide voter enumeration. The court has granted one week for responses and will hear the case again.
