Russia once dismissed a US terror warning before the deadly Crocus massacre. Now, Moscow has arrested a teenager after a fresh American tip-off. What changed?

The suspect had been active on social media, which prompted the investigation and security measures. This acknowledgment of US intelligence represents a notable shift from past responses to similar warnings.
