The viral video showed Ram Charan tying to protect his daughter from the crowd at one point, he got irritated and pushed the crowd away to clear the path. Soon after news broke that Ram Charan and Upasana had welcomed twins - a baby boy and a baby girl - fans gathered in large numbers outside Apollo Hospital.
