Rahul Gandhi to attend TVK Vijay's swearing-in as Tamil Nadu CM on Sunday

Rahul Gandhi will attend the swearing-in ceremony of Tamil Nadu's new Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay. The oath-taking will take place in Chennai on Sunday. Governor R V Arlekar appointed Vijay, the TVK chief, to the post. Vijay presented support letters from VCK and IUML. He is expected to seek a vote of confidence by May 13.
