Putin says Ukrainian refinery attacks caused little damage, Interfax reports

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated recent Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries caused minimal damage and vowed to respond. This incident included a notable drone attack on an oil facility in Russia's Ryazan region early on Thursday. The attacks came after a ceasefire announcement regarding energy between Russia and Ukraine. Ukrainian officials denied involvement in the refinery incidents reported by Moscow's deputy prime minister.
