Pete Hegseth's use of Signal posed risk to US personnel, Pentagon watchdog finds

A Pentagon watchdog report found Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth risked U.S. personnel and missions by using the Signal app for sensitive military strike information. While not found to have improperly declassified material, Hegseth violated Pentagon policy by using a personal device for official business. The report recommended better training for officials.
