PMK opposes new tribunal on Mekedatu dam issue, urges TN Government to withdraw proposal

PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss has strongly opposed the Tamil Nadu Assembly's resolution seeking a tribunal for the Mekedatu dam issue. He warned that this move would jeopardize the state's legal rights and benefit Karnataka. Ramadoss urged the Chief Minister to remove the tribunal demand, stating that existing legal rulings favor Tamil Nadu and a new tribunal would only create complications and hand an advantage to Karnataka.
