Israeli Cabinet approves 19 new Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank

Israel's Cabinet has approved nineteen new settlements in the occupied West Bank. This move significantly expands the number of settlements. Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich announced the approval. Two settlements previously evacuated are included. This brings the total of new settlements over two years to sixty-nine.
