Iran Guards say two tankers caught fire in Hormuz

On Friday, Iran's Revolutionary Guards reported a fire involving two oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. This incident came soon after claims that five other tankers faced similar mishaps just a day prior. The Iranian military indicated these vessels struck mines while navigating unauthorized routes, though maritime officials have yet to confirm these events. In reaction, the U.S. has enacted a blockade on Iranian ports.
