Health insurer agrees to $12.8 million settlement heres who can claim a payment

Anthem class action settlement: Health insurer Anthem, now Elevance Health, will pay $12.875 million to settle a class action lawsuit. The suit challenged denied coverage for residential treatment services. Customers whose claims were denied between April 2017 and April 2025 may be eligible for a payment. A final approval hearing is set for January 2026.
