Europe must be ready to replace key US weaponry 'soon': EU defence chief

Europe faces an urgent need to bolster its defence capabilities as the US considers reducing its military presence on the continent. EU defence commissioner Andrius Kubilius warned that a potential US troop withdrawal could leave the continent vulnerable, especially to Russian aggression.
