EC seeks report in 48 hours on breach at Bengal CEO office

The Election Commission of India has demanded an action taken report from Kolkata's Police Commissioner regarding a serious security breach during BLO protests on November 24. Three senior EC officials from New Delhi have been appointed to assist the West Bengal CEO in overseeing the ongoing SIR work, marking their first deployment in the state.
