Delhi to adopt fully digital system for traffic challan disposal

Delhi is set to introduce a fully digital and time-bound traffic challan system. Violators will face mandatory timely resolution of fines. Serious offenders with multiple violations risk licence suspension. E-challans will be delivered within three days. Citizens will have 45 days to pay or challenge challans online. Non-compliance will lead to vehicle service restrictions.
