Delhi SIR form guide: What to do if your name isn't in the 2002 electoral rolls? Here's how to complete the form; deadline is July 29

Delhi SIR form guide: Delhi's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls is underway, with over one crore enumeration forms distributed across the capital. Residents have until 29 July to submit their forms to designated Booth Level Officers. Those whose names do not appear in the 2002 electoral rolls can still complete the process by linking their entry through a parent or grandparent.
