Delhi-NCR school holidays: At a time when Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram are colder than Shimla and Dehradun, parents and students are wondering if schools will reopen in the NCR region from January 16. As of now, there is no official confirmation that schools will remain closed today ,but seeing the intense cold, it is expected that authorities may announce closure of schools.
