Delhi Lakshmi Yojana: Only Rs 1,000 in hand, rest earmarked for savings account

Under the proposed Delhi Lakshmi Yojana, women beneficiaries will receive only 1,000 in cash from the promised 2,500 monthly assistance, while the remaining 1,500 will be deposited into a recurring deposit (RD) account with a three-year lock-in period.
