Delhi Development Authority issues fresh notice to remove all encroachments from its land

The Delhi Development Authority issued a stern warning against land encroachment. Unauthorized occupation of DDA land will face immediate demolition actions. The authority stated that all such land is government property. Expenses incurred during removal will be recovered as land revenue arrears. Public is urged to refrain from illegal use and verify property status.
