Centre yet to disburse incentives under PM-PRANAM scheme, JPNadda tells Parliament

The Centre has not yet provided any incentives to states and union territories under the PM-PRANAM scheme. This scheme, launched to reduce chemical fertiliser use, was designed to reward states for decreased consumption. Incentives are calculated based on fertiliser subsidy savings.
