Goa nightclub fire case: The International Criminal Police Organization on Tuesday issued a blue corner notice against 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, Goa chief minister's office said. Following a tragic fire in the club, the district administration has sealed Birch, the restaurant and nightclub by Romeo Lane.
