BJP to announce new party president on Jan 20; all eyes on Nitin Nabin

The Bharatiya Janata Party will elect its new national president on January 20. Nominations for the post will be filed on January 19. Nitin Nabin is expected to be elected unopposed. He will likely succeed J P Nadda. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are backing Nabin's candidature.
