Assam SIR: BLOs to check for 'non-human', 'no image' entries

The Election Commission has directed its field staff in Assam to identify and replace 'non-human' and 'no image' entries in electoral rolls with proper voter photographs. This directive follows claims of animal images appearing in Bihar's voter list. Booth-level officers will conduct field verification and collect necessary applications for image replacement.
