AAP to write to RS chairman for defected MPs' disqualification

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh announced the party will write to the Rajya Sabha chairman. The request is to disqualify seven AAP MPs who have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. Singh stated the anti-defection law does not recognize splits or factions. He called the MPs' move unconstitutional and illegal. The party seeks their removal from the Upper House.
