4 cops hurt in stone-pelting during anti-encroachment operation outside Jaipur mosque

Four policemen were injured in Jaipur district early Friday when a mob pelted stones while authorities removed iron railings encroaching on a road outside a mosque. The incident in Chomu town led to the use of tear gas and mild force to disperse the crowd. Internet services have been suspended as a precautionary measure.
