Delhi Metro stations closed: Delhi Police has asked the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to consider reducing train frequency and closing entry and exit gates at 57 metro stations from 9 pm on October 9 and during October 10 amid proposed protests in the capital. The advisory cites concerns over possible crowd movement towards sensitive locations. The restrictions are proposed and will remain subject to the situation on the ground.
