UK temperatures rise to 21C as early warm spell returns across Wales and Southern England

A strong high-pressure system is bringing dry, warm, and sunny conditions to the UK early this week, with temperatures reaching the low 20s Celsius in parts of Wales and southern Britain. However, this settled weather is expected to break down mid-week as low-pressure systems move in from the Atlantic, bringing cloud, rain, and more unsettled conditions.
