Trishas blue saree at Vijays swearing-in reminds fans of Aishwarya

The swearing-in ceremony of Thalapathy Vijay as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu turned into one of the biggest talking points online this week. While videos from the event ranging from the actor-politicians speech to his power dressing quickly went viral, it was Trisha Krishnan who unexpectedly grabbed social medias attention with her elegant appearance at the ceremony. Internet users dug up an old photograph of Aishwarya from her meeting with former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 2000, where the actress wore a similar blue saree with golden embroidery.
