Madhuri Dixit offloads Juhu apartment for 3.9 crore

Madhuri Dixit Nene and Dr. Shriram Nene sold their Juhu apartment for 3.9 crore, nearly doubling its 2012 purchase value of 1.96 crore. The 780.13 sq ft flat was bought by Darshana Ghatlia. Earlier, Madhuri leased her Andheri office space for 3 lakh monthly, continuing her active property dealings.
