Jana Nayagan: CCTV technician arrested for watching film at vote-counting centre

A CCTV technical head at Anna University, which happens to be a vote-counting centre, was arrested after he was seen watching Vijay`s Jana Nayagan illegally, while on duty. This comes after the police have already arrested over 10 people in the case
