The UP NEET PG counselling 2025 seat allotment result for the first round has been released by the DGME, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can check their status on upneet.gov.in and must download allotment letters by November 29, 2025. Reporting to colleges with required documents is scheduled from December 1 to December 5, 2025.
