Tamil Nadu has opened RTE admissions 202627 under Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, enabling children from economically weaker and disadvantaged groups to apply for 25% reserved seats in private schools. Applications for LKG and Class 1 began on April 20, 2026 and will close on May 18, 2026 through the official portal, with mandatory document submission and online verification.
