'Education is a fundamental right': Court allows NEET-UG paper leak accused Yash Yadav to appear for re-exam

A Delhi court has permitted NEET-UG accused Yash Yadav to take the re-examination on June 21 while in judicial custody. Education is a fundamental right, the court noted, as the NTA did not object. Yadav, arrested for allegedly receiving and passing on a leaked paper, will also attend his sister's wedding under custody.
