The Department of Higher Education (DHE), Haryana is expected to publish the Phase 1 provisional UG admission merit list 2026 on July 21 through its official admission portal. Prepared using qualifying examination marks and applicable weightage, the list will shortlist candidates for seat allotment. The final merit list will be released on July 22, followed by the admission and fee payment process.
