Income Tax: ITR-3 Excel Utility released should taxpayers wait until August or file their returns early?

The income tax return (ITR)-3 is meant for individuals and HUFs who have income from business or profession. Interestingly, the last date of filing tax return via ITR-3 is 31 August and not 31 July.
