Tata Electronics iPhone shipments ring in maximum gains from US

The sharp rise in Apples share in Tata Electronics revenue indicates the former had shifted iPhone production from China to India for the US market much before Trump began his tariff exercise in February. In the year before, the company had assembled iPhones solely for exports to Taiwan and to cater to the Indian market. Tata Electronics and Taiwans Foxconn (Hon Hai) are the leading manufacturers of iPhones in India.
