Sunjay Kapur property case: Rani Kapur moves Delhi HC seeking cancellation of family trust

The inheritance dispute over late businessman Sunjay Kapurs estimated Rs 30,000 crore estate has intensified, with his mother Rani Kapur moving the Delhi High Court to seek cancellation of the Rani Kapur Family Trust, which holds a stake in auto component maker Sona Comstar.
