Struggling to find a home, he realised AI can do it: Bengaluru man explains step-by-step process to automate house searching forever

A Bengaluru-based product designer, Sunal Sood, shared how he used AI to simplify the exhausting process of house hunting. Calling it a full-time job, he created a workflow using AI tool Comet to scan Facebook flatmate groups, filter relevant listings, remove spam, and check commute times. The system narrowed down options efficiently, taking him from 20 leads to just 4 visits and eventually one finalised home.
