SpiceJet vs KAL Airways, Kalanithi Maran: Airline confident of Rs 144 cr refund on completion of legal process

SpiceJet is confident of a Rs 449 crore refund after a legal process, despite the Supreme Court declining its plea to challenge a Delhi High Court order. The airline was asked to deposit Rs 144 crore in an arbitration dispute over share transfer involving former promoter Kalanithi Maran.
