Same-day voter registration: How to register and vote on November 3 for US midterm elections in California and other states

In California, same-day voter registration allows qualified citizens to both register and vote on the very day of elections. To participate, individuals must be at least 18 years old and a US citizen. Registration is available at specified locations during the 14 days leading up to the election, including Election Day.
