Salad and Go closing 41 restaurants across Texas

Salad and Go, the Arizona-based drive-thru salad chain, is closing down 41 restaurants, which includes every location in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The brand will continue running in DallasFort Worth, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Las Vegas. Founded in 2013 by Tony and Roushan Christofellis, Salad and Go became popular for providing salads under $8 in stores. Despite immediate expansion to over 140 units by mid-2025, the company is currently consolidating.
