Punjab Budget: Rs 1,000/month for women, Rs 1,500 for SC women under new scheme

The Punjab government announced the Mukh Mantri Mawan Dhian Satikar Yojna, under which women will receive Rs 1,000 per month, while Scheduled Caste women will get Rs 1,500 directly in their bank accounts.
