'Pune is now known as city of goons': Sanjay Raut targets BJP, NCP over rising hooliganism in Pune

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut accused the ruling BJP and NCP of resorting to hooliganism and giving election tickets to relatives of alleged criminals. Meanwhile, rival NCP factions released a joint manifesto for Pune Municipal Corporation elections, promising to address traffic, healthcare, water supply, and affordable public transport, including free bus and metro travel.
