No blanket arrangement with Iran for transit of Indian-flagged ships through Hormuz: Jaishankar

India does not have a blanket transit arrangement for its ships through the Strait of Hormuz with Iran, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stated. He confirmed ongoing negotiations have allowed two Indian-flagged tankers to pass, emphasizing that each ship movement is an individual event and not an exchange.
